ISLAND QUARTERS
Island Quarters are a generous 68 square meters each, our one bedroom apartments with double sofa bed can accommodate up to four guests. With a full-sized kitchen and spacious 20 square meters front courtyards, your conveniently located in Flinders Island’s central hub of Whitemark. It’s thoughtfully fitted out and furnished, from the black leather sofa, custom made furniture, granite bench tops, to lime plaster rendered walls in the bathroom. Couple those with the 55″ LCD Smart TV in the lounge and matching 32″ in the bedroom, Foxtel, free wifi and air conditioning and staying in becomes an enticing option.
In the bedroom you have a king size bed, full sized mirrored, Tas Oak luggage rack and open hanging space. The large bathroom has a ceiling mounted shower rose and sleek custom made ceaserstone wall hung basin. The internal laundry includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The loose lay planks, tiles, roller blinds and minimal soft furnishings make this an ideal space for dust allergy sufferers who don’t want to compromise on style and comfort.

12 Patrick Street had been the Concrete mixing yard for many years, Bowman Transport leased the land and supplied concrete for countless homes and developments around the Island, including the slabs Island Quarters has risen from.
Designed by Architect Andrew Thomson, the building sits naturally on the elevated block and enjoys views of the Darling Range and sneaky glimpses of Mt Strezlecki and Whitemark Beach depending on which Quarter you’re resting up in.
Constructed in 2016 by local builder John Riddle Building & Co. with concrete dividing walls manufactured by Furneaux Precast Concrete and plumbing by Tamar Valley Construction Pty Ltd our Island Quarters have been a true Island creation.
Interior styling and choice of furnishings have been influenced by local Miss Rhianna Barnewall.
